Contact the maintainer
Timesheetcalculator.co is an independent project maintained by Yang Qingmang. For calculation questions, corrections or site feedback, email support@timesheetcalculator.co. This is a contact channel for this site, not an employer’s attendance desk or payroll service. We cannot amend an official time record, confirm a missing punch or approve payment on someone else’s behalf. The site address ends in .co; check the full domain when returning to a page or sharing a link.
Make a calculation issue reproducible
Include the page path, the clock-in and clock-out values, the break minutes and whether each break was paid. State the view, workweek start, rounding interval and direction, overtime mode and multiplier. Explain the result you expected and the one you saw. A small anonymous example is usually more useful than a full payroll document. For an overnight issue, show both times and explain whether a calendar or daylight-saving boundary matters to your source record.
Keep employee and payroll information out of the example
Do not send passwords, government identifiers, banking details or unnecessary employee names. A full-card link can contain all entered records, so use an anonymous test card when reporting a bug. Browser calculation data is not automatically sent to the maintainer. If you choose to email information, that message is handled by the email providers involved and is separate from local browser storage. Describe the issue in plain text when possible rather than sending a sensitive file.
Check these explanations first
The methodology explains wall-clock minutes, daily or overall rounding and separate weekly overtime. The FAQ covers incomplete periods, lunch gaps, decimal hours and browser saving. If a difference comes from how a workplace classifies time, use the appropriate employer or payroll contact. This calculator only performs arithmetic from the supplied inputs and does not determine legal entitlement, taxes, exemptions or compliance.
