Purpose and scope
This site provides calculators and explanations for checking manually entered working periods. It is an independent project maintained by Yang Qingmang. You may use the public tools to calculate, copy, download or print your own results without an account. The pages are not an employer attendance system, a payroll processor or a service for approving corrections. These terms describe the intended use and limits of the tools; questions or correction requests can be sent through the Contact page.
Verify inputs and estimates
Results depend on the clock times, break classifications, dates, rates and settings you enter. Review the source record before relying on an output. The tool treats an earlier ending time as the next day and performs wall-clock arithmetic, without automatic daylight-saving correction. Optional rounding affects daily or overall durations rather than individual punches. Default weekly overtime and the other available modes are simplified calculations. Neither a result nor an exported file establishes that an underlying record is accurate, approved or legally sufficient.
Payroll and legal limits
The tools do not determine whether a person is exempt, whether an activity or break is compensable, or which employment rules apply. Gross pay is an estimate using one entered rate and an overtime multiplier; taxes, benefits, leave, deductions and other adjustments are excluded. Use an appropriate payroll process and qualified guidance when needed for official decisions. The site does not promise any particular payroll, legal, financial or search-ranking outcome. If an estimate appears wrong, check the methodology and report a reproducible anonymous example.
Local records, exports and links
Calculation entries are kept in local browser storage in this implementation. That storage may be removed through browser cleanup, private-session behavior or device changes, so retain your own backup if needed. Downloaded files and copied summaries are under your control. Full-card links contain records in the URL fragment and can be read by people who obtain the link; they are not encrypted private workspaces. You are responsible for choosing what you share and for following any rules that apply to the records you handle.
Changes, availability and feedback
Pages and calculations may be updated to correct issues or clarify behavior. The tool does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of local entries. Keep source records in the system appropriate to your work rather than relying on this browser page as the only copy. Respect the site’s technical safeguards and do not use it to misrepresent attendance or another person’s records. See Privacy for the current data behavior and Contact for questions about the service.
